Contemporary production thanks to oxygen
The use of oxygen enables ecological and economical production.
In the past, iron salts were mainly produced using chlorine gas. Today, production with oxygen is state of the art. Oxygen is available everywhere and is harmless and ecological.
In addition to oxygen, the following raw materials are used depending on the product type:
- Hydrochloric acid
- Sulphuric acid
- Ferrous sulphate, green salt
- Iron ore, magnetite
The above-mentioned raw materials result in the following three types of iron salt:
- Iron(III) chloride
- Iron(III) chloride sulphate
- Iron(III) sulphate
The choice of raw materials and a modern production facility enable environmentally friendly and sustainable production in line with today’s standards.
